Youth Integrated League has completed it’s first ever season!
The Youth Integrated League has successfully completed its inaugural season, featuring teams from the Starkick community.
Launched in June, this new league brought together four Starkick clubs to ignite a vibrant and competitive atmosphere.
The league was designed as a middle ground for those who found Starkick too easy but needed a bit more integration than traditional programs offered.
By participating in this league, players have benefited from enhanced physical fitness, improved coordination, and overall well-being.
Nine of the senior players from the League have been chosen to join the Centurion Inclusion Football Academy for 2024, further advancing their transition into the integrated competition.
WAAAFA Football Specialist Tom Medhat said, “The program was a tremendous success and brought many families together from different clubs.”
He added, “We’re excited to bring the Youth Integrated League back next year and hope to grow the competition in 2025.”
