FOUNDATION PARTNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

Following the completion of the Integrated Football Season, the Rise Inclusion Football Academy will kick off with 44 Integrated players selected in the initial training squad in September.

These players will be put through their paces at the WA Football Commission High-Performance Centre in Tuart Hill by the AFL WA Talent Academy staff.

Over three sessions the squad will be reduced to 40 players whom will play 3 exhibition games Gold vs Black. From the squad of 40 players, we may select 16 traveling players who will represent WA at the AFL Inclusion Carnival to be held in Queensland from 8th - 13th October 2023.

“We have seen so much improvement in the players who participated in this program last year, and we are going to extend it to even more players in 2023” said WA All Abilities Football Association Executive Officer Hayden Marchetto.

Training will be every Wednesday and include AFL high-performance testing, specialist coaching, weights programs, and plenty of fun times thrown in along the way.
